The personal service is awesome. Kind, efficient, organized. They always called me back when they said they would. Got the special part I needed and did a considerable amount of work to get it right. And the affordability is amazing — a $400 dealer quote came in at $250 here.

I called to see if they could beat a Toyota diagnosis and estimate. They were very honest and told me that due to the nature of my problem, I would not save any money going with them and would be better off sticking with the dealer. Wow — who does that?
